SALAMANCA, NY — A Coldspring man faces drunken driving charges following a one-car crash March 18.
Kelvin George, 21, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .08%, driving on the shoulder of the roadway and failure to give half the roadway, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
The charges stem from an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the town of Salamanca at 6:19 a.m.
George was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
A passenger in the vehicle was also arrested during the investigation.
Moagi Buffalo, 18, of Salamanca, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration.
Buffalo was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
