WARWICK, RI — Two Massachusetts women were arrested early Sunday after state police stopped a vehicle that was the subject of a be-on-the-lookout alert from Massachusetts State Police.
Serena Manos, 28, of Saugus, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. and charged with child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance Schedule I to V 10 grams to less than 1 ounce first offense, and possession of a controlled substance Schedule I to V 10 grams or less.
Haley Conley-Pierce, 28, of Rockland, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. and charged with child endangerment and possession of a controlled substance Schedule I to V 10 grams to less than 1 ounce first offense.
The vehicle was stopped on Centerville Avenue in Warwick.
Both women were transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where they were processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
