Police identified the driver as Cameron Tulloch.
Police said Tulloch was arrested on two active traffic warrants.
The warrants were from Maywood in the amount of $1,000 and from Paterson in the amount of $750, according to police.
At the driver’s request, the vehicle was secured at the scene.
Police said Tulloch was issued summonses for improper display of unclear plates, obstruction of the windshield for vision, driving after driver’s license or registration suspended or revoked, and no liability insurance coverage on a motor vehicle.

Police said the driver was stopped on Haledon Avenue.
Police identified the driver as Edwin Suero.
According to police, Sgt. Daghstani observed signs of intoxication after stopping Suero, leading to his arrest on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
Police said Suero was charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage, failure to report an accident, reckless driving, unsafe operation of a vehicle, obstruction of the windshield view, operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and failure to keep right.
