SALAMANCA, NY — The Salamanca Police Department reported multiple arrests between March 11 and March 16.
On March 11, Alicia Kindt, 37, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following a previous incident.
Kindt was charged with aggravated harassment of an employee and was processed and arraigned.
Maurienne Jimerson, 46, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following a motor vehicle accident reported in the city.
Jimerson was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failed to yield right of way at a stop sign, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, refusal to take a breath test, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and driving while intoxicated with two previous convictions in the previous 10 years.
Jimerson was processed and held for arraignment.
On March 12, Nathan Culver, 26, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following a traffic stop in the city.
Culver was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without inspection, operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway, and operating a motor vehicle with no safety glass.
Derik Nelson, 27, of Salamanca, was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued out of the city of Salamanca.
Nelson was processed and held for arraignment.
Cameron Bray, 32, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following a complaint in the city.
Bray was charged with obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree, harassment in the second degree, criminal mischief damage property, and strangulation in the second degree obstruction of breathing.
Bray was processed and held for arraignment and was subsequently remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
On March 13, Justin Kennedy, 37, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following a complaint in the city.
Kennedy was charged with obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree, resisting arrest, and assault in the second degree with intent to cause injury to officers.
Kennedy was processed and transported to Olean General Hospital for evaluation.
On March 16, Darin Nosie, 35, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following a complaint in the city.
Nosie was charged with harassment in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
Nosie was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
