WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP, PA — Police said Bambi Marie Friday, 48, was identified after allegedly stealing $300 worth of merchandise from Old Navy at Arena Hub Plaza at 4:37 p.m. on March 16.
Friday, whose city of residence was not provided, fled in a gray sedan, police said.
Police said Friday is tied to multiple other thefts at stores in the area, and charges are pending in those incidents.
Because Friday has 11 prior retail theft convictions, the new charge is graded as a felony, police said.
