CARLISLE, PA — Police administered Narcan to an unresponsive woman found in a vehicle on March 10, 2026, according to the Middlesex Township Police Department.
Officers responded to a welfare concern in the 1000 block of Harrisburg Pike after a report from a concerned citizen.
Upon arrival, police found Wynter Nyx Woolfenden, 19, of Pennsylvania, unresponsive in a vehicle.
Emergency medical services were called to the scene.
Officers administered Narcan to Woolfenden.
An investigation revealed Woolfenden was in possession of suspected fentanyl, police said.
Woolfenden was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
