FALL RIVER, MA — Three men were arrested Friday evening after detectives executed a search warrant at a residence in the 500 block of Plymouth Avenue.
Detectives assigned to the Major Case Division, with assistance from CAST and ESU, arrested Christopher Gill, 18, of Fall River, who had an active arrest warrant for firearm charges from a September case.
Also arrested were Carson Underwood, 26, of Fall River, and Jaylen Lambert, 18, of Fall River.
Lambert was previously charged with murder on March 15, 2024, and was released by the courts while that case remained pending.
During the search, detectives located a loaded Smith & Wesson .380 Bodyguard handgun with a defaced serial number inside a bag with “Lambert” embroidered on it.
Detectives also recovered a loaded Glock 43X 9mm handgun.
None of the individuals possessed a license to carry a firearm, according to police.
Detectives are analyzing evidence to determine whether the firearms may be connected to other open investigations.
Gill was charged with firearm, carry without license (loaded); firearm, carry without license; and firearm, possess large capacity.
He also faces charges from the September warrant including firearm, carry without license; firearm, carry without license loaded; firearm, possess large capacity; and firearm with defaced number, receive.
Underwood was charged with firearm without FID card, possess; ammunition without FID card, possess; firearm, possess large capacity; and firearm violation with one prior violent/drug crime.
Lambert was charged with two counts of firearm, carry without license; two counts of firearm, carry without license (loaded); firearm, possess large capacity; and firearm with defaced number, receive.
