PUTNEY, VT — A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle at Rod’s Mobil gas station on Main Street on March 11, 2026.
A trooper from the Westminster Barracks was notified of the theft at approximately 5:34 a.m.
Surveillance video showed an unidentified subject wearing a ski mask sawing off the catalytic converter from a vehicle.
The subject was at Rod’s between approximately 5:10 a.m. and 5:25 a.m.
The subject left with the catalytic converter and was picked up by a dark-colored vehicle.
