NORTH HAVEN, CT — A Wallingford woman was arrested on a drug charge after police found her apparently unresponsive in a vehicle.
North Haven officers were dispatched to the area of 79 Washington Avenue on March 12, 2026, following a report of a male and female occupant inside a black motor vehicle who appeared to be unresponsive.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with the individuals.
During the interaction, officers observed indicators of impairment from the female occupant.
The occupants were asked to exit the vehicle while officers continued their investigation.
Police K9 Quella was deployed and conducted an open-air exterior sniff of the vehicle, during which the dog alerted to the presence of narcotics.
Officers then conducted a search of the vehicle and located illegal narcotics inside the female’s personal belongings.
The female was identified as Pamela Fudala, 34, of Wallingford.
Fudala was placed under arrest and transported to the North Haven Police Department, where she was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
