HARTFORD, CT — Police are investigating a homicide on Albany Avenue.
Officers were dispatched to the area of 848 Albany Avenue at approximately 6:56 p.m. Thursday on a report of a person shot.
Responding officers located an unresponsive gunshot victim.
The victim was pronounced deceased on scene.
The victim was identified as Colin Roberts, 49, of Windsor.
The Hartford Police Department Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions responded to the scene and have assumed the investigation.
