WAYNESBORO, PA — A man has been charged with driving under the influence following a November crash.
John W. McKusker III, 27, of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, faces one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance.
The incident occurred on Nov. 7 at 10:09 p.m. on S. Potomac Street.
McKusker was arrested Feb. 24.
