WARREN, VT — A Massachusetts man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after his vehicle went off the roadway early Wednesday morning.
Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to a report of a vehicle off the roadway on Lincoln Gap Road at 5:29 a.m. on March 11, 2026.
The operator was identified as Luis David Tecpanecatl Asomoza, 32, of Wellfleet, Massachusetts.
While speaking with Tecpanecatl Asomoza, troopers observed indicators of impairment and screened him for DUI.
Tecpanecatl Asomoza was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Berlin State Police Barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court, Criminal Division on April 22, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.
