TURNER, ME — Three people were arrested following a months-long drug trafficking investigation that resulted in the seizure of more than 70 grams of narcotics, three firearms and nearly $4,000 in cash.
Deputies from the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office and agents from the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency executed a search warrant at a Bean Street residence at approximately 1:30 p.m. March 10, 2026.
The investigation was initiated after numerous concerned citizens reported suspicious activity in the neighborhood.
During the search, deputies seized 25.2 grams of fentanyl, 11.79 grams of crack cocaine, 15.2 grams of cocaine and 18.5 grams of methamphetamine, totaling 70.69 grams of narcotics.
Deputies also seized three firearms and $3,953 in suspected drug trafficking proceeds.
Edward Barbioni Jr., 43, of Turner, was arrested on charges of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, a Class A felony, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, a Class C felony.
Angela Ridlon, 40, of Turner, was arrested on charges of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, a Class A felony, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, a Class C felony.
Joseph Conlogue, 41, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, a Class C felony.
All three individuals were transported to the Androscoggin County Jail where they are being held.
The investigation remains ongoing.
