SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor police arrested a Tolland woman early Tuesday on three domestic violence warrants.
Cierra M. Pacheco, 26, of Tolland, was taken into custody at 1:39 a.m. Tuesday.
The charges stem from two separate incidents in November and December.
In the November incident, Pacheco refused to leave the victim’s residence and then refused to allow the victim to leave by blocking his vehicle, police said.
In the December incident, Pacheco damaged a window in the victim’s residence and attempted to unlawfully enter the house through that same window, according to police.
The victim also located a GPS tag in his vehicle that was planted by Pacheco to track his whereabouts, police said.
Pacheco was taken into custody by East Windsor police and transferred to South Windsor police custody.
She was charged with two counts of criminal trespass in the first degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, e-stalking and unlawful restraint in the second degree.
Pacheco was processed and released on a total surety bond of $10,000.
She is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
