WEEDSPORT, NY — A 42-year-old man was arrested after allegedly entering a gas station he had been previously banned from entering, according to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office.
Christopher W. Wilson Jr., of Weedsport, was arrested at 6:51 a.m. on Feb. 21, 2026, on one count of criminal trespass in the third degree.
Deputies responded to the Marathon Gas Station in the village of Weedsport at approximately 5:56 a.m. for a trespass complaint.
During the investigation, deputies determined that Wilson entered the store after being formally trespassed in the past and proceeded to argue with employees, Sheriff Brian Schenck said.
Deputies located Wilson at his residence, where he was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Weedsport Village Court on March 2, 2026, at 7 p.m.
