PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for a missing 14-year-old girl last seen Sunday afternoon in the city’s 9th District.
Armani Davis-Carter was last seen at 1 p.m. on the 1500 block of Arch Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
She is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
Davis-Carter was wearing a black Muslim garment and black sneakers at the time of her disappearance.
