MILTON, NY — A 48-year-old man was arrested Friday on charges of third-degree rape, first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
Chad F. Walco, of Milton, is accused of engaging in vaginal sexual contact with a person who was less than 17 years old while he was 21 years old or more, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
He is also charged with giving alcoholic beverages to a person less than 21 years old.
The incident allegedly occurred at the Kayadeross Acres mobile home park in Milton on Nov. 28.
Third-degree rape is a class E felony.
First-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child are class A misdemeanors.
Walco was arraigned before Judge Steven L. Brown in Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
