CLIFTON PARK, NY — A Troy man was arrested early Sunday morning following a single-vehicle crash on Fire Road.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a property damage motor vehicle crash at 3:09 a.m. on Fire Road.
Bryan J. Decker, 34, of Troy, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, both unclassified misdemeanors.
He was also charged with moving from lane unsafely and leaving the scene of a property damage crash without reporting, both infractions.
Decker is accused of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.17%.
He is also charged with moving his vehicle from its lane before ascertaining that he could do so safely and leaving the scene of a property damage crash without first exhibiting his driver’s license and insurance card to the person sustaining the damage.
Decker had allegedly been traveling west on Old Route 146 when he failed to negotiate the turn at Fire Road, left the roadway and became stuck in a ditch.
There were two other occupants in the vehicle with Decker.
No injuries were reported.
No other vehicles were involved.
Decker was released on appearance tickets pending proceedings in Clifton Park Town Court.
