YORK, PA — Police have issued a warrant for a 30-year-old man accused of stealing merchandise from a home improvement store.
Michael Daniel Berrios Colon is wanted for retail theft that occurred on Nov. 5 at Lowe’s, located at 1175 Carlisle Road.
Police say Berrios Colon stole $891 worth of merchandise from the store.
He was charged with one count of retail theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.
A warrant for his arrest was issued on March 3.
Berrios Colon is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
