Two arrested on stolen property charges in Clymer

CLYMER, NY — The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 7453 Wiltise Road on Feb. 27, 2026, at approximately 2 p.m.

The search warrant was obtained in connection with an investigation into stolen property.

Entry into the residence was made by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s SWAT Team.

Inside, members of SWAT located James Murray and Emily Walker, who were taken into custody without incident.

During the search of the property, investigators located multiple stolen items, including a Polaris ATV that Walker and Murray were in possession of.

Murray and Walker are charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree.

They were arraigned on the charges in CAP court, where they were released to appear in local court at a later date and time.

Members of the Criminal Investigation Division were assisted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team, CCSO Narcotics Division, CCSO Road Patrol Division, Chautauqua County Forensic Investigation Team and Chautauqua County EMS.
