READING, PA — A man wanted on an attempted homicide charge has been extradited from Georgia and is being held without bail in Berks County.
Luis Dynasty Cartagena, 39, of Reading, was transported from the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta on March 3 and taken to the Berks County Central Booking Center.
Cartagena is charged with criminal attempt to commit homicide.
He has been committed to the Berks County Jail with no bail.
