WILTON, NY — A Glens Falls man was arrested Tuesday afternoon following a larceny call at Walmart.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to the store at 3:21 p.m.
Danny R. Emery, 43, of Glens Falls, was charged with third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Emery is accused of knowingly entering and remaining unlawfully in a building with intent to commit a crime.
He had allegedly been previously formally notified that he was not allowed on Walmart property.
Emery is also accused of stealing merchandise from the store.
He was arraigned before the Honorable Chad Jerome in Wilton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
