CARLISLE, PA — Middlesex Township Police arrested a West Virginia man at a truck stop after locating a child who had been abducted earlier in the day from Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Jacob Evilsizor, 43, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was taken into custody at about 11:55 a.m. March 3 at Loves Truck Stop at 1165 Harrisburg Pike.
Police safely recovered the child at the location.
Evilsizor was transported to Cumberland County Prison, where he was arraigned on a charge of fugitive from justice stemming from the abduction.
