PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing woman last seen in December.
Tequila Brice, 39, of Philadelphia, was last seen on December 16 on the 3800 block of North 13th Street.
She is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 215 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.
Brice was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and dark blue jeans.
