PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing woman last seen in the city’s northwest section.
Joanah Faith McElhinney, 23, of Philadelphia, was last seen at 2 p.m. on Feb. 28 on the 5000 block of Schuyler Street.
McElhinney is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 157 pounds, with shoulder-length blonde hair, blue eyes and fair skin.
She was last seen wearing a red beanie hat, black coat with red lining, baggy jeans and black Chuck Taylor high-top sneakers.
