SCOTRUN, PA — A man was arrested early Tuesday morning after allegedly crawling under a trailer to avoid police serving a warrant.
Officers from Pocono Township Police Department conducted a warrant service at 112 Hemlock Trail at approximately 12:48 a.m. on March 3, 2026, attempting to pick up Jake E. Jahada on a felony warrant.
Officers observed a male walking towards the back of the residence.
While officers approached the residence they heard a noise coming from under the residence.
Officers observed Jahada crawling under the trailer.
A short foot pursuit took place before Jahada was taken into custody.
Jake E. Jahada, 41, of Pennsylvania, was charged with evading arrest on foot and resisting arrest or other law enforcement, both misdemeanors.
