ANNVILLE, PA — A man has been charged with defiant trespass after allegedly striking a patron at a bar where he had been previously banned.
Derrick R. Sherk, 41, of Pennsylvania, was charged Feb. 14 through Magisterial District Judge Ditzler’s office.
Western Lebanon County Regional Police were dispatched to the Corvette Bar & Grill at 202 West Main Street on Jan. 18, 2026, at approximately 12:57 a.m. for a disturbance.
Upon arrival, police determined that Sherk had struck a patron at the establishment.
Police said Sherk had previously been told by the department that he was not permitted on the property.
Sherk was charged with defiant trespass, a third-degree misdemeanor.
