ENOSBURGH, VT — A Burlington man has been cited on a fraud charge following an investigation into the use of a stolen debit card.
Todd Mann, 38, of Burlington, was cited to appear in court on a charge of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.
Vermont State Police received a call at approximately 12:15 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2026, reporting fraudulent use of a stolen debit card in Enosburgh and Essex Jct.
Police are seeking to speak with two people who were seen in a red Ford Explorer with a cargo tray connected to the back hitch.
Additional arrests or charges may be forthcoming, according to police.
