BELLINGHAM, MA — Police identified a juvenile suspect after investigating a social media post that referenced Bellingham High School.
The Bellingham Police Department was notified by Bellingham Public Schools of the concerning post earlier today.
Detective Bolles began investigating and determined the post originated from a residence in Bellingham.
A juvenile suspect was identified through coordination with school resource officers.
Detectives responded to the home and conducted interviews with the family.
Police said they do not believe there is any danger to the school or the public at this time.
The department said it will continue working with the school district and the family to address the matter.
