Shoplifting investigated in Brookline

BROOKLINE, MA — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying three people who may have been involved in a shoplifting at a local grocery store on Feb. 3, 2026.

The suspects fled in a white Audi with stolen plates, according to the Brookline Police Department.

The vehicle was last seen traveling southbound on Harvard Street toward Huntington Avenue.

The first suspect is described as a white female wearing a black North Face winter jacket and blue jeans.

The second suspect is described as a white female wearing an orange Timberland sweatshirt with black pants.

The third suspect, who was driving, is described as a male wearing a black sweatshirt.

Police are asking anyone who recognizes the individuals to contact Officer Cabezas at 617-730-2710.

The individuals are not wanted at this time and police are seeking identification only.
