ELLSWORTH, PA — Bentleyville Police assisted the Pennsylvania State Police in the apprehension of Xavier Bell on Thursday.
Bell was wanted on felony charges of statutory sexual assault and rape of a child.
Additionally, Bell was wanted on a probation violation stemming from a robbery charge.
Bell was arrested after being located within a residence in Ellsworth Borough.
Bell was transported and lodged in the Washington County Jail on his warrants.
