SOUTH ROYALTON, VT — A Royalton man was arrested on an outstanding warrant early Wednesday morning.
On Feb. 26, 2026, at approximately 5:28 a.m., troopers from the Vermont State Police – Royalton Barracks responded to a residence on Moses Lane in South Royalton for a citizen dispute.
Troopers discovered Tommy Warren, 45, of Royalton, had an active in-state warrant for his arrest from the Hartford Police Department.
The warrant was for charges of possession of methamphetamine, a felony, and simple assault, a misdemeanor.
Warren was placed under arrest and transported to Southern State Correctional Facility.
He was lodged on $2,500 bail.
