LOWER WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, PA — A Michigan man faces felony robbery charges following an incident at a Dollar General store.
Christopher Oneal Smith, 21, of Flint, Michigan, was charged with robbery-threat of immediate serious injury, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
The incident occurred at the Dollar General at 2589 Craley Road on Jan. 2 at approximately 11:45 a.m.
An officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department filed charges against Smith at Magisterial District Judge Fishel’s office.
An arrest warrant was issued and Smith was served with the warrant on Jan. 20.
