PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 19-year-old last seen earlier this week.
Khyseem Hall was last seen on Feb. 23 at 4 p.m. on the 4x block of Reger Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Hall is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and 140 pounds.
The clothing he was wearing at the time of his disappearance is unknown.
