SAUGERTIES, NY — A Kingston man was arrested following a dispute on Clermont Street on Feb. 24, 2026.
Rod J. Brodhead, 31, of Kingston, was taken into custody at approximately 7:45 a.m. by the Saugerties Police Department.
Brodhead was charged with menacing in the 2nd degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree, both misdemeanors.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to CAP court for arraignment.
