WESTBROOK, ME — A Windham man faces multiple charges following a crash on Spring Street that resulted in the death of a dog.
Brandon Michael Gross, 35, of Windham, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving to endanger, eluding an officer, aggravated cruelty to animals, violation of conditions of release and a probation violation.
At the time of the incident, Gross was on probation for a conviction of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
He was also out on bail for a pending charge of domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.
The dog died from injuries sustained in the crash.
