ANDES, NY — A Delancey man was arrested on a drunken driving charge following a one-car crash Saturday.
Matthew All, 49, of Delancey, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 of 1% or more, both misdemeanors, according to Delaware County Sheriff Craig S. DuMond.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to the crash on County Highway 2 in the Town of Andes on Saturday.
Deputies observed that All appeared to be under the influence of alcohol during the accident investigation, DuMond said.
All was also issued traffic summonses for moving from lane unsafely and failure to keep right.
All was released on appearance tickets and traffic summonses and was directed to appear in Andes Town Court at a later date.
