WAYNESBORO, PA — A man has been charged with one count of unlawful dissemination of intimate image following an incident reported to police.
Timothy C. Bickham Jr., 45, of no fixed address, was arrested Thursday in connection with an incident on E. North Street.
The incident was reported to police at 1 p.m. on Feb. 6.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
