Man surrenders on weapons charges in Upper Chichester

UPPER CHICHESTER, PA — A 20-year-old man wanted on weapons charges surrendered to police Tuesday.

Khysir Caleb Slaughter turned himself in at the Upper Chichester Township Police Department on Feb. 25, 2026.

Slaughter was wanted on charges of firearms not to be carried without a license and criminal conspiracy.

A warrant for his arrest was issued Feb. 16, 2026.

The incident occurred in the 1900 block of Market Street.
