BERKSHIRE, VT — A Richford man was arrested on a criminal threatening charge Tuesday afternoon.
On Feb. 25, 2026 at 12:25 p.m., the Vermont State Police out of the St. Albans Barracks were notified of a threatening case at 308 Montgomery Road in Berkshire.
Investigation revealed Randy Bluto, 37, of Richford, had used electronic means to threaten another individual.
Bluto was arrested and released on citation to appear in Franklin County Court on March 17, 2026 at 8 a.m.
