COLUMBIA, PA — A woman was charged with theft by deception Wednesday evening on South Third Street.
Theresa A. Whittington, 54, of Columbia, was charged following an incident in the first block of South Third Street at approximately 7:47 p.m. Feb. 19, 2026.
An officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed the charges based on the incident.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
