PAWTUCKET, RI — Members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested a Pawtucket man on Feb. 13, 2026, on domestic violence charges.
Eugene Lowell, 40, of Pawtucket, was arrested on an affidavit and arrest warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department.
Lowell was charged with domestic violence breaking and entering with forced entry, domestic violence simple assault/battery, four counts of domestic violence violation of no contact order and domestic violence disorderly conduct.
He was taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department on scene.
Man arrested on vandalism charges in Lincoln

LINCOLN, RI — The Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested a Massachusetts man on Feb. 14, 2026, for vandalism.
Mihail Capita, 39, of Auburn, Massachusetts, was charged with two counts of vandalism/malicious damage to property.
Capita was taken into custody at Bally’s Twin River and transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing.
He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Saccoccio, released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and issued a future Third District Court date.
Man arrested on domestic assault charge in Cranston

CRANSTON, RI — Members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested a Cranston man on Feb. 18, 2026, on a domestic violence charge.
Alexander Brown, 36, of Cranston, was arrested on an affidavit and arrest warrant from the Cranston Police Department.
Brown was charged with domestic violence felony assault.
He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Cranston Police Department for processing.
Man arrested on child pornography charge in Warwick

WARWICK, RI — Members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested a Warwick man on Feb. 19, 2026, for possession of child pornography.
Paul Erickson, 61, of Warwick, was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Third District Court.
Erickson was arraigned by the Honorable Magistrate Ippolito, who issued $5,000 bail with surety and special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors and restricted internet access.
Woman charged with assault in Cranston

CRANSTON, RI — The ACI Investigations Unit charged a Cranston woman on Feb. 19, 2026, with assault.
Dusti Turner, 37, of Cranston, was charged with simple assault/battery.
Turner was arraigned in Third Division District Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs’ Department.
Man arrested as fugitive from justice in Cranston

CRANSTON, RI — The ACI Investigations Unit arrested a New Jersey man on Feb. 19, 2026, as a fugitive from justice.
Tyler Gambone, 39, of Sicklerville, New Jersey, was arrested on a warrant from the State of New Jersey for an original offense of receiving a stolen vehicle.
Gambone was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he waived extradition proceedings back to the State of New Jersey.
