Theft reported at Columbia store

COLUMBIA, PA — Police are searching for a suspect who stole items from a store on North 3rd Street.

The theft occurred at Stover’s, 24 North 3rd Street, at 12:04 p.m. Sunday.

An unidentified male was seen taking items and fleeing the area, according to the Columbia Borough Police Department.

The suspect wore a blue face mask, a black North Face jacket with a red hooded sweatshirt, black pants and blue shoes.

He was last spotted running east on Avenue H, then turning south on 4th Street, before continuing east on Avenue I.
