10 arrested during saturation patrol in Bedford

BEDFORD, NH — More than 100 traffic stops resulted in dozens of citations and numerous arrests during a saturation patrol in southern New Hampshire.

On the night of Sunday, Feb. 22, 2026, State Troopers assigned to the Troop B barracks conducted a high-visibility patrol aimed at impaired and aggressive drivers on sections of the F.E. Everett Turnpike.

During the patrol, Troopers stopped 115 vehicles, resulting in 68 citations for a variety of violations.

In addition, 10 people were arrested for various offenses.

Rene Johnson, 46, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant.

Nikkita Noy Thoueithaisong, 21, of Nashua, was arrested on a charge of suspended registration.

William Hurd, 37, of Haverhill, Mass., was arrested on charges of operating after suspension subsequent, and license required.

David LaPierre, 63, of Lyndeborough, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence – simple assault.

Emmanuel Deng, 19, of Nashua, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension.

Juleigh Mae Belanger, 21, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant and a charge of operating after suspension.

Mason Tanner, 19, of Nashua, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana > ¾ oz, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and speeding more than 26 mph over the limit.

Audrina Lyndi Jernigan, 17, of Manchester, was arrested on a charge of reckless driving.

Matheus Santos Lehmkuhl, 23, of Manchester, was arrested on charges of operating without a valid license, open container, and negligent operation.

Cristian David Fernandez Gamarra, 29, of Manchester, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension.
