CLIFTON PARK, NY — A minor was arrested Saturday following a domestic incident in which property was damaged with a hammer.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active domestic incident call at 7:17 p.m. in the town of Clifton Park.
The minor was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a class E felony.
The minor is accused of damaging a window and a door with a hammer.
The damage reportedly exceeded $250.
The minor was released to the custody of a parent pending proceedings in the Youth Part of the Saratoga County Court.
