WORCESTER, MA — A Worcester man faces multiple drug charges following a traffic stop early Wednesday morning.
At approximately 1:03 a.m. on Feb. 19, 2026, Worcester Police officers conducted a motor vehicle stop on Southbridge Street after determining the vehicle was revoked and uninsured.
The driver was cooperative and exited the vehicle along with the passengers.
Officers discovered several bags of illegal drugs, suspected crack cocaine and fentanyl, under the passenger seat.
Juan Toro, 31, of Worcester, was sitting in that seat.
Following an investigation, Toro was placed under arrest.
He was charged with possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, possession to distribute Class B and trafficking in more than 10 grams of fentanyl.
Toro also had outstanding warrants.
The vehicle was towed and the driver was summoned to appear in court.
