TANNERSVILLE, PA — Pocono Township Police Department is seeking a man wanted on multiple theft-related charges.
Dean Anthony Beckford, 41, of Pennsylvania, is wanted on an active arrest warrant issued March 21, 2024.
Beckford faces three counts of theft by deception, one count of theft by extortion, three counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received, one count of deceptive or fraudulent business practices, one count of criminal use of a communication facility, one count of receiving stolen property and three counts of bad checks.
The charges include felonies of the third degree and misdemeanors of the first degree.
Beckford is described as a Black male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
The warrant was issued by Magistrate Kresge under docket number 43303-AW-0000168-2024.
