ALTOONA, PA — Officers from multiple law enforcement agencies arrested two men on drug charges following a vehicle stop Wednesday.
Officers from the Altoona Police Department, Blair County Drug Task Force, Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office and the Pennsylvania State Police conducted a drug interdiction stop on a suspicious vehicle in downtown Altoona on Feb. 18, 2026.
The Altoona Police Department K-9 Unit conducted a vehicle stop along the 2200 block of Broad Avenue and made contact with front passenger Charles Dudley, 46, of Middletown, Delaware, and the driver, Ghage Morgan, 20, of Martinsburg.
After a brief investigation, both Morgan and Dudley were detained and the Altoona Police Department’s K-9 “Blue” was used to conduct an open-air sniff of the vehicle.
K-9 Blue alerted on the vehicle for the odor of controlled substances.
A search warrant was obtained and executed on the vehicle and persons.
Officers located on Dudley’s person 126 grams of suspected cocaine with a street value of $12,600, 147 yellow and green pressed methamphetamine pills with a street value of $3,000 and $313 in U.S. currency.
Dudley and Morgan were arrested and criminal complaints were compiled charging the pair with multiple Title 35 violations.
Dudley and Morgan were arraigned by the on-call magistrate and bail was set at $100,000 straight cash bail.
