BREWER, ME — A 58-year-old man was arrested three times in five days on criminal trespass charges at various businesses in the city.

David Limacher, of Brewer, was first arrested Feb. 14 after police responded to a Wilson Street business for a welfare check.

Officers learned Limacher was outside attempting to fight customers entering a different Wilson Street business.

Despite multiple warnings to leave the property, Limacher refused and was arrested for criminal trespass, a Class E crime.

He was released from jail.

Later that same day, police responded to a South Main Street business after an off-duty employee received a phone call indicating a pizza was being delivered to the closed business, where no one should have been present.

Officers arrived and located Limacher at the address.

Limacher was arrested a second time that day and charged with criminal trespass and violation of conditional release, both Class E crimes.

He was released from jail.

On Feb. 19, police responded to a report of a male sleeping in a closed business on North Main Street.

Officers arrived and located Limacher, arresting him again for criminal trespass and violation of conditional release, both Class E crimes.
