WAYNESBORO, PA — A woman has been charged with simple assault following an incident on W. Main Street.
Constancia B. Mendoza, 59, of Waynesboro, was charged with one count of simple assault.
The incident occurred on Dec. 6 at 12:49 p.m.
Mendoza was arrested on Jan. 5, 2026.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
